The CIPD have put together a hub to support the HR profession in changing workplace cultures for the better with some practical support around key areas to tackle sexual harassment and bullying at work.

The CIPD have put together a hub to support the HR profession in changing workplace cultures for the better with some very practical advice around key areas to tackle sexual harassment and bullying at work. ‘Standing up to sexual harassment’ provides access to a variety of resources and guidance which include what can be done to tackle sexual harassment at work and in particular, the problem of victims remaining silent, together with fact sheets on: (i) harassment and bullying; (ii) sex discrimination, gender reassignment and employment; and (iii) diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
