Your data will NEVER be sold, shared or given to a Third Party.

1.3 Why we need your data: We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with information you have requested in relation to the senior HR space. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. Personal Data may also include a link to social media such as LinkedIn.

By proceeding to subscribe to theHRDIRECTOR or otherwise submitting your personal data via email, telephone, post, in person, websites or app, you are consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purposes and by the means set out in paragraph 5.2 of these terms and conditions.

1.5 Access, correction & deletion: We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your use of theHRDIRECTOR. theHRDIRECTOR will take reasonable steps to create an accurate record of any personal data you have submitted. However, we do not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal data. Therefore if you wish to access or amend any Personal Data we hold about you, or request that we delete any information about you that we have obtained, you may contact us at [email protected] At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted from our database/website.

1.6 Data retention: We only retain the Personal Data provided until such time as you decide to withdraw your consent, which can easily be done by contacting us at [email protected].

We do NOT use COOKIES on our site.

We do NOT store customer credit card details.
