Acas issues hot weather tips for employers

Acas has published some top tips to help employers manage workplace challenges due to the hot weather to help ensure businesses remain productive whilst keeping staff happy too. The advice covers keeping workplace temperatures reasonable, ensure staff stay hydrated, considering relaxing dress codes and keeping an eye on vulnerable workers, who may be more adversely affected by the hot weather such as the elderly, pregnant women or those on medication.
