The President of Employment Tribunals has reported that HM Courts and Tribunals Service plan to place all Employment Tribunal judgments on the internet to be accessible to all stakeholders and users. The news was revealed at the National ET User Group meeting on 25 October along with confirmation that this was a firm commitment which would be launched in either late 2016 or early 2017. The President explained that on-line access was part of the principle “open justice”. It was not intended to upload judgments promulgated before the new system came into effect. These would still be available at Glasgow and at Bury St Edmunds.
