Senior Manager – HR Transformation
This organisation boasts a global footprint in human capital consulting alongside a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will work across a range of HR transformation, change, organisational design and development programmes to drive commercial success for a portfolio of Commerce clients.
Sitting within the People and Change practice, the team focuses on transforming the performance of client organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. Partnering with senior leadership teams, you’ll work across Organisational Design and Change Management workstreams, through entire cycle of organisation transformation translating the organisations strategic goals into effective operating models.
You will have:
- Experience as a client facing consultant with broad experience across the entire people agenda
- Have specialist knowledge of OD, change management or HR transformation within complex business environments
- Demonstrable experience working in a fee earning role managing multi-disciplinary project teams across complex change programmes
- A track record as a skilled relationship builder, you’ll establish and develop positive relationships both internally and externally with your clients
There will be travel required depending on various engagements and clients therefore a UK/EU passport will be needed.
