A Senior HR Business Partner opportunity for a growth digital division in a leading consultancy business. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for the whole HR domain for this specialist business and supervises the HR team. You will act as a thought partner to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role will report to the HR Director.

​Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the EVP and building innovative and top of the class HR processes
  • Maintaining and adjusting the career track and criteria for promotion and up-to-date job descriptions
  • Leverages existing programs and acting as a thought partner to create relevant programmes to support the career development of all staff
  • Supervising the build and execution of training programmes. Ensuring initiatives from other regions are leveraged and that the plan is designed in alignment with chapter needs
  • Maintaining and reviewing the HR policies in collaboration with the broader business and other regions
  • Reporting on HR activity and people movements
  • Line managing the talent management team

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 7 years of successful experience in career development and HR in the professional services space
