Senior HR Advisor: Stockport: Paying up to 35,000 (DOE) Benefits Our manufacturing client based in Stockport are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team. With ambitious growth plans to double in size in the next few years, the Senior HR Advisor position will form an integral part of the team, bridging the gap between the HR Director and HR Administrator. As Senior HR Advisor, you will report into the HR Director and be responsible for all generalist HR activity including (but not limited to): Managing an ER caseload from start to resolution Tracking sickness/absence across the business and putting proactive initiatives into place to reduce this as much as possible Training and coaching line managers on HR policy, procedure and best practice. Working closely with the line manager population to adequately upskill them HR projects – ad hoc, as required Recruitment – supporting with recruitment needs across the business Overseeing the HR Administrator as required In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have proven experience working in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally gained from within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, as well as the following: CIPD L5/L7 qualification or currently working towards achieving this qualification A confident individual who can work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team A go-getting attitude coupled with a strong readiness to learn on the job In order to apply for this role, please click the relevant link.
