Senior Account Director/HR Consulting
Major Consulting firm, is looking for an experienced consultative Account Development Director who can manage and grow opportunities, act as an ambassador for the brand, and add real value to the business. Based in the heart of London, you will be helping C-level executives and Leadership Teams to develop Talent and implement Technology, HR, Marketing and Outsourcing strategies to strengthen Employee Value propositions. Key responsibilities: Form strong personal relationships with decision-makers in FTSE 100 companies Contribute to creating key strategies to implement people/ cultural transformation Work effectively with both internal / external stakeholders Challenge, and provide innovative thinking in a growth market. Skills & Experience required: Track record in professional services and HR consultative selling/ client development.
General interest in employee health issues linked to data analytics. Ability to question and probe effectively around client needs and show a broader understanding of HR issues Achievement orientated, independent. Exceptional communication and influencing skills at c-suite level Degree level Pedigree in working at C/level .
