Regional HR Director
Elevation Recruitment HR are working as a retained partner with a global energy Company to recruit a regional HR Director. The business operates several brands across multiple countries offering energy solutions to both B2C and B2B customers.
The group is a holding company distributing and marketing energy solutions in key markets. As a key member of the international HR Management Team, you will support the development and deployment of company strategies and organisational evolution throughout your regional business unit, promoting continuous improvement of People Processes. Leading a team across multiple country business units, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and on boarding talent within your regional scope, as well as supporting initiatives within the group framework, by coordinating with colleagues across the wider business community. You will support the implementation of training and development opportunities, Group development programs, support the roll-out of the key Group HR processes and activities and act as the main HR focal point as well as be responsible for ensuring the social climate is positive and that unions and/or employees’ representative bodies are on board and informed of the company strategy.
Supervising payroll and administration for the countries you are responsible for, you will also lead and develop a small team, ensuring that it is supportive of their stakeholders, is engaged and motivated, clear on their responsibilities and delivers against objectives. The role would suit a HR generalist with a successful track record and solid experiences in HR business partner type roles, preferably in matrix organisations, with a good balance between the ability to do tactical HR, contribute to strategic initiatives, as well as implement processes. A people person who is an innovative, entrepreneurial, commercial thinker with a problem-solving attitude, close to the business with very good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with varying levels of stakeholders. Able to work in a hybrid environment, typically 2 to 3 days from the office.
Must be open to travel in country and internationally as and when required.
