Recruitment Administration Officer

Would you like to play a key role in supporting the University to successfully recruit new staff to join its diverse workforce?
If you are a confident and self-motivated individual with a strong administrative background, who would like to join a responsive and effective recruitment team, we would like to hear from you.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, have a good eye for detail, be highly organised with a flexible approach, and the ability to work to deadlines. Naturally, you will be able to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people across the University while keeping candidates informed on the progress of their application.
The job is varied, you will place adverts, invite applicants to interview and support successful candidates through offer stage, preparing and issuing contracts. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook. We will provide training on our online e-Recruit system.

Initially, you will be required to work from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please note: the expected hours of work for this full time role are 9am – 5pm. The role is initially fixed term, but with the potential for this to become a permanent role in the future.
