We respect and value all our staff, because we know that it takes a strong and diverse workforce to maintain the kind of success we’ve achieved.
Our award-winning research is celebrated around the world, and we’re proud of our strategic partnerships. It’s all down to the ability of our people to shape, create and innovate, in whatever capacity they work with us. Our continued success — underpinned by the number of prestigious national awards we’ve won — has hinged on two commitments: creating excellent global collaborations, and harnessing the talents of all our people.
NTU is a university at the peak of its powers, but we know we can still go even further. Join us in our mission to become ‘the university of the future’ — seize the challenge and adventure of working with an organisation where progress never stops. This is your career, reimagined.
These are exciting times for the School. The recently established Institute of Health and Allied Professions is developing a range of new provision for healthcare professionals across the sector including paramedics and nursing. We have excellent partnerships with practice providers to help us develop high quality education and research, to enable us to deliver meaningful change to our community and further fulfil the University’s strategic commitment to enriching society.
At NTU, we recognise that our greatest strengths lie in the energy, expertise, and experience that our colleagues bring. We are therefore seeking to appoint a Placement and Engagement manager for 12 months maternity leave cover to join our growing interprofessional team. Secondments will be considered.
You will contribute to the leadership and development of an excellent practice learning experience for our healthcare students through the development and management of our placement system for Nursing, Paramedic and Nursing Associate Students. You will also work in conjunction with our partners to offer an excellent student experience.
