PA to Senior Director with HR Officer Duties
An innovative business based south of Birmingham is looking for an dynamic PA for a fantastic opportunity to join their team supporting a senior director but also supporting their HR function with HR Generalist experience alongside this. You will be required to support an extremely busy yet impressive individual in all day-to-day business functions. Based in a location easily accessible via public transport routes, this business boasts fantastic offices, a diverse working environment and a wide range of benefits. You will be responsible for the following: Expert provision of 360 PA support to the Director including complex diary management and travel arrangements Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, managing both internal and external stake holder relationships Assistance in the roll-out of the businesses wider people strategy ensuring all reporting and administration in managed in line with deadlines Project coordination of the businesses training programme including organisation of events and courses across various locations Preparation of monthly Board reports as well as research for various meetings internally and externally HR duties within this role will include supporting with the management of any ER cases, supporting line managers with issues and coaching them.
Further to this you will manage all HR databases, provide first line HR advice and support with general HR admin tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take on a new challenge and work for a close knit team You must have solid PA/ Office Manager experience and ideally be CIPD qualified with prior experience of working within a HR team in some forms.
