The IR35 Administrator will be working within the Payroll department. They will be working in a team of 5. The Administrator will be required to perform the role below.
- Responsible for all Tax Status verification
- Understand IR35 and how it might impact the organisation.
- Determine IR35 status
- Encourage accurate determinations of your IR35 status
- Dispute an inside IR35 determination provided by a client
- Handle an IR35 enquiry by HMRC
- Object to an HMRC opinion on whether IR35 applies
- Review all contractors to ensure they fall inside or Outside IR35
- Create a detail spreadsheet of all review.
- Contact possible client that fall inside IR35 to change their status.
- Accurate assessments from your client
Ideally someone who has been involved in processing IR35
This 4- 5 months contract role, based in London. The salary will be on the Professional salary Grade 2 in the range £22,531 – 24,604 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
