Interim HR Director
The organisation; My client is a large organisation in the North East going through a significant period of change and transformation. The role; Working closely with the Directors for this national business, you will lead on a number of large scale projects including; large scale change and transformation including restructuring and org design full review of reward & benefits across the business support, coach and mentor the existing HR team This is an interim role for c. 3 months The person; You will be an experienced HR leader with significant experience of leading change and transformation across large scale organisations. You will be able to work at pace and lead on all transformation activity.
