Interim HR Director
Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working with a fast growing and ambitious Tech business in its search for a People Director. Operating as a 25m turnover consultancy business across the UK and globally the company is experiencing high growth and plans to double its turnover and headcount in the next 3 years. The company is profitable and successful within its niche sector. The business is looking to appoint an experienced strategic HR lead to support its exciting journey to the next phase.
The Company will soon be moving to Manchester city centre and so someone who can ideally get into the offices 2 days a week would be ideal. The role will require an experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to join them who will be responsible for defining and implementing the people strategy in order to support the Company’s growth objectives. Working collaboratively with all key stakeholders this person will be responsible for developing a defined Talent Development strategy and embedding it into the business whilst maintaining a highly engaging culture, ensure employees are motivated through this as well as fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication and vision to employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and drive senior leaders and their teams through change management and continuous improvement/growth projects.
They will be able to anticipate possible challenges and propose practical and efficient solutions, ensuring collaboration and communication at all times within a highly professional business, always considering their audience that they are working with. Due to the demands of the business we are looking for an experienced HR professional with extensive HR lead and strategy experience to join on an initial interim basis. Should the role work on both sides then there is a permanent opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills & strong leadership and organisational skills.
You will have the ability to motivate and drive senior leaders and their teams through change management and continuous improvement projects. Being able to anticipate possible challenges and propose practical and efficient solutions, ensuring collaboration and communication at all times as well as proactively listen to employees, act on their feedback and make continuous improvements whilst ensuring the promotion of the organisation’s values at every level. You will be a strong communicator at all levels, credible, reliable and approachable with the ability to influence key stake holders. Experience of working at Head of HR or HR Director level in a professional services environment would be really helpful.
