An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation who is seeking a HR Director to join their dynamic and expanding team to have responsibility for developing and delivering the people vision and strategy to ensure that they attract, retain and develop high calibre individuals that will deliver the objectives of the organisation.
Leading, motivating and developing a wider team of 30 you will be an innovator at driving organisation wide design initiatives around talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, policy and HR compliance.
The successful HR Director must have demonstrable experience from an organisation with a large workforce of both permanent and temporary employees where the HR function effectively contributes to the commerciality of the business this could be retail, wholesale, leisure, FMCG etc. You will be an entrepreneurial, resilient leader who can demonstrate where you have challenged thinking across the organisation at all levels.
Reporting to the MD and playing a key role on the board you will be a self-starter, with the tenacity and drive to deliver results. You will possess gravitas and excellent influencing skills in addition you will have fantastic leadership skills and will be passionate about people and their development.
