Are you passionate about delivering transformational HR? Would you describe yourself as a disruptor when it comes to your approach to developing and delivering a robust HR strategy across a large business? If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then read on.

The role
The client is a market leader. A market leader who is about to embark on period of growth through acquisition and is looking for an accomplished HRD to join them and lead their people strategy. Experience of working through periods of transformation is a must, alongside a track record of driving employee engagement to ensure a culture of success and recognition. You will build on the existing team around you and will work collaboratively with the board and senior operations team to design and develop an integrated and supportive HR function which is future-ready.

The business
A FTSE 250 market leader whose business is focused on delighting its customers.

The person
You will be an HRD/Head of People or equivalent for a progressive, forward-thinking business. Ideally with experience of supporting a business through a merger, alongside transformation, OD and delivering high levels of engagement. You will have an agile mindset and a passion for taking a disruptive view on what a good HR function looks like.

Please bear in mind that you will need to be in Bristol at least four days a week, the company are happy for people to apply from other locations as long as they are comfortable with this requirement.
