Company Description The Rank Group is growing rapidly within both our Venues and Digital businesses. We have most recently acquired Stride Gaming, which, together with our existing Digital business, forms Rank Interactive. We employ circa 8,000 people globally, with our UK office functions being located in Maidenhead (Head Office), Sheffield (Customer Solutions Hub), London (Digital) and a further office in Gibraltar, which is home to our existing Rank Digital function.

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Director to join our Grosvenor brand. As People Director for Grosvenor you will partner the Managing Director and be a key part of their Executive Leadership Team.

You will create and deliver the people strategy and plan for the Grosvenor business and take be accountable for all club and support colleagues within the brand. You will be a driver of business success through your leadership of the People Team in the brand. With your team, you will ensure that the business is led and managed in way that creates a business people want to join and stay with and that reflects the Rank purpose of delivering excitement and entertainment to our customers. You will have a strong focus on talent and engagement, creating a culture of equality and inclusivity aligned to the delivery of business success.

· Partner the Grosvenor Managing Director and take accountability for delivering a talented and engaged workforce in club and support roles. · Assist the Managing Director in creating the right culture and ways of working to deliver success · Contribute to the annual strategic planning process for the Grosvenor business developing and delivering a people strategy that is aligned to it. · Ensure your people plans drive positive change wit the ambition of making Grosvenor a Great place to work. · Work effectively across the wider HR team, with the Reward, Talent and central HR functions to deliver a customer focussed and effective service to the Grosvenor colleagues.

· Work with the other Rank Business HRDs and Centres of Excellence to streamline the way we deliver for our people and to drive cross brand and functional Talent development and movement. Qualifications · Proven experience as a Brand People / HR Director in a multi-site business. · Experience in managing an HR team and / or other HR professionals and of working with centres of excellence. · Must have the confidence, gravitas and ability to business partner and influence senior stakeholders.

· Experience of effectively delivering change management and organisational development initiatives. · Experience of driving culture change and engagement programmes that put colleagues at the heart of the business · Sound knowledge and proven experience in employee relations. · Previous experience of managing relationships with Trade Unions is preferred. · A CIPD qualification is preferred.

· Demonstrates clear leadership and establishes a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders and takes accountability and ownership for issues arising in the function. · Passionate about people and engaging them to drive a positive, inclusive culture that delivers business success · Demonstrates strategic thinking and planning ability, whilst being tactically responsive to changing needs. · Ability to initiate and manage change in a way which enhances company performance. · Is future-focussed, inquisitive and open-minded, seeking out to innovative ways to add value to the business.

· Provides timely and direct feedback to others regarding performance against project objectives. · Able to identify and to prioritise stakeholders, in turn building strong relationships and tailoring communications to meet their needs. · A commercially aware and business astute thinker. · Highly flexible, with drive and determination and strong resilience.

· A self-starter with a strong delivery focus. · Displays integrity – is sincere in own behaviour and in dealings with others. · Low ego – willing to get involved and delivery at all levels and on all projects.
