HR Director | Community Healthcare | PE Backed

Compass Executives are delighted to be mandated to source an HR Director for one of the largest privately held community healthcare providers in the UK. This PE backed business has ambitious plans in place to continue its growth by opening more sites across the UK. The Role The HR Director will be accountable for driving the HR and People strategy for the business, whilst developing a true business partnering HR function.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will play a full role in the leadership and strategy of the business. We are looking for a results driven HR leader who is able to drive a performance culture, a credible candidate who is able to make a significant contribution beyond their functional area and, in particular, with regards to the overall strategy and direction of the company.
