HR Director

You will be a trusted adviser, supporting the CPO directly and assisting them with managing directorate activity and objectives, change and improvement acting as a sounding board and providing advice on approaches and challenges. The role will require significant change management and stakeholder management skills. You will work with the People team and teams from across NICE to implement change, flexing and adapting your style and approach as appropriate. Support the comprehensive business and Directorate plan.

Monitor and review services that HR offer with a lens of continuous improvement. Lead on decisions involving complex situations. Able to exercise judgement after carefully reviewing the options and to identify appropriate actions and solutions, in line with good HR practice and procedure, employment law and any applicable NICE policies and procedures. Partner with the business and key stakeholders to support and achieve transformation activities.
