Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation in the tech sector. They are looking to recruit a hands-on, charismatic and forward thinking VP of Human Resources who can take them to their next stage of growth. The role has 2 direct reports so you must be able to switch between operational and strategic. You will also oversee an established TA team and grow the HR team.
What Does The Job Actually Involve. Executive accountability for development, planning and strategy for all HR and Talent Acquisition activities across the business. Building and managing an extensive, multidisciplinary team. Being an expert at defining and executing effective HR and Talent Acquisition strategies.
Driving operational efficiency of the team by defining HR and Talent Acquisition processes, and implementing tools to facilitate operation at scale. Working closely with department heads to ensure their team members are performing optimally, and provide coaching and mentoring when needed. Keeping abreast of the latest techniques and strategies in HR. Adopting a data driven approach, closely monitoring and reporting on KPIs across all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition.
Adopting an experimental approach to seek out new methods and channels to help keep our team one step ahead of the competition To be considered for this role You must have at least 5 years experience as a Vice President of HR, HR Director or equivalent senior HR leadership role with responsibility for at least 500 highly skilled staff You will need to located within 1 hours commute of Leamington Spa Be very resilient Charismatic and exceptional people management skills Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects Exceptional data driven methods relating to HR and Talent Acquisition Proactive with a proven track record of implementing positive changes The role has hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote/ WFH is the norm. In return you will receive a salary of between 120,000- 180,000.
