You will be a respected leader within HR management at Director or Assistant Director level in a Healthcare related organisation as well as possessing a passionate and creative approach to support the dynamic business. A proven track record of delivering change, implementing HR strategies, and influencing board level decision making is essential, as well as CIPD Level 5.
MedTech or Healthcare background is a plus. The post-holder will be responsible for: Leading the development and evaluation of strategic HR plans and providing specialist HR advise to the business Taking a lead on delivering key aspects of the CQC Improvement Plan Providing ongoing guidance to the executive team and a being critical part of delivering their strategic objectives all employee learning and development, employee relations and engagement and well as partnering with talent planning to contribute to organisational effectiveness and design. Coaching and mentoring members of the senior management team Development of a clinical risk and governance training programme Interpreting and advising on a range of national policies and legislations to ensure compliance The position is based at the London Head Office with flexible remote working available
