MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the HR Director in all aspects of HR and administration to support the function Preparing and sending offer letters and contracts of employment Running new starter inductions Conducting pre-employment checks and referencing Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date Scheduling performance reviews Ensuring all paperwork is collected and any changes or adjustments made for monthly payroll Supporting the HR Team with taking inbound calls Managing the HR inbox Assisting with the administration of key HR processes THE PERSON: Previous experience within a HR Administrator / HR Assistant / HR Coordinator / Human Resources role Experience in or strong knowledge or HR Confident to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision TO APPLY: Please send your CV for immediate consideration and a confidential discussion about the available opportunity.
