A highly successful global organisation with an enviable client base of blue chip, FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies. They are now embarking on a period of change and are seeking to appoint a Head of HR to be based in their Norfolk location.
In this newly created role the Head of HR will operate as part of the EMEA leadership team to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns to the business vision and long term growth objectives. The role will lead the HR function ensuring a comprehensive provision of HR support, partnership and expertise are offered to managers and employees as well as providing direction and leadership to the team which includes Talent Acqusition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Services. You will be expected to develop the capability of individuals across the teams through on-going professional development, acting as the ambassador for the HR function you will also continue to raise the internal profile as well as develop key stakeholders relations both internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD qualified with a proven track record of leading an HR function with a global remit. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders and business cultures at all seniority levels. Additionally you will demonstrate strong business acumen and an understanding of business principles, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.
