Director of People & Culture
Do you have proven experience of working at senior management level in HR / OD in a large complex organisation. Badenoch Clark are working in partnership with an organisation in Sussex to recruit a Director of Director of People and Culture.
Key Accountabilities: Leadership and Management – lead the HR team by setting clear objectives and targets, regularly monitoring progress and support individual development Equality, Diversity and inclusion – Be an active champion Quality and Standards – To ensure high levels of excellence in service delivery by providing professional HR advice to the senior management team Governance – To report on all HR related activities to the Director of People and Culture within specified timescales Partnerships – Monitor and contribute to the cost effectiveness of HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and value for money This senior role would suit someone with strategic HR/OD experience who is used to advising a board of directors – multi- site experience would be an advantage.
