We have an opportunity for a EMEA HR Director to join our Corporate team in Bracknell. In this role you will work as a strategic HR business partner targeting development and execution of HR strategies, providing guidance, and support to the business leadership of corporate functions across EMEA.
HR Director responsibilities ·Understand and influence business drivers and strategies through effective partnership to ensure business objectives are surpassed. ·Development and execution of HR strategies to support the long-term business plan and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives across the HR scope of influence. ·Ensure effective Organizational effectiveness and census control across CORP functional footprint. ·Working closely with HR One Country Model to ensure deployment of effective HR procedures, policies, systems, standards, and infrastructures, in support of CORP transformation goals.
·Effectively partner with the EMEA HRVP as the dedicated HR for HR ·Strong advocacy and leading change through the identification and deployment of positive transformation opportunities (people, process, structure). ·Ensuring compliance with all legal and employee relations requirements within EMEA countries. ·Active participation in EMEA HRC Leadership team. ·Championing and suggesting BTI around functional diversity.
Qualifications/Experience ·Extensive experience of HR management / or business partnering with a solid understanding of HR related acumen. ·Proven success in leading effective change and continuous improvement in a highly matrixed environment ·Result oriented with a keen sense of urgency. ·A demonstrated ability to positively influence others and an ability to develop good relationships with other leadership team members. ·Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building, team focus and business partnership.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to promote and develop trust with all levels of employees ·Ability to set clear priorities and ensure implementation, combined with the capability of going into details as required, while never losing sight of the big picture. ·HR related degree with a concentration in the areas of business, employee relations, organizational development and strategic HR discipline or a technical degree with a proven business qualification or equivalent.
