Associate Director of HR
Associate Director of HR Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract until May 2024 Sector: Established NHS Organisation Salary: 70K- 90K DOE This role will support the CPO to lead and manage their directorate, their work across the organisation and partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in the HR leadership team helping to engage and bring teams together to create a vision, culture and approach to delivery that aligns with the corporate priorities and organisation wide initiatives. Responsibilities Oversight of the operational performance and support services that HR provide to the organisation. This will include accountability for the achievement of relevant key performance indicators.
Ensure that organisational values are upheld and embedded in all policies and processes. Support the comprehensive business and Directorate plan Monitor and review services that HR offer with a lens of continuous improvement Lead on decisions involving complex situations. Able to exercise judgement after carefully reviewing the options and to identify appropriate actions and solutions, in line with good HR practice and procedure, employment law and any applicable organisational policies and procedures. Partner with the business and key stakeholders to support and achieve transformation activities Qualifications Educated to Masters level HRM or equivalent MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience Evidence of recent CPD 7 years’ of professional HR experience, ideally from a healthcare organisation
