Sultan Baddar

The H Dubai, has announced the appointment of its new HR Director, Sultan Baddar, who brings over two decades of experience in the field to the highly-regarded Dubai central Hotel.

Sultan will be responsible for leading HR in maintaining talent, developing innovative recruitment strategies and promoting DEI initiatives, to create a more diverse and welcoming workplace. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this new role, having served in an HR capacity for more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. His career in the sector began in 2000 and since then, he has held key positions in some of the most renowned international hotel chains in the world.
