Following a formal recruitment and selection process, Rachel Stanfield has been appointed as Chief People Officer for Kingston Hospital and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare (HRCH).
Rachel is a highly experienced and award-winning NHS HR and organisational development (OD) professional. She has been at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2019, where she has held the roles of Acting and Joint Chief People Officer and Director of Workforce and Deputy Chief People Officer.
