Min Rodriguez

NHS Property Services is delighted to announce that Min Rodriguez has joined the organisation as Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. The announcement comes during Pride Month and compliments NHSPS’ ongoing commitment to improving diversity and inclusion across the organisation.

Min joins NHS Property Service from Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S)/ Ministry of Defence and is a highly experienced senior diversity and inclusion practitioner. Min will lead NHSPS’ equality, diversity and inclusion transformation to support the organisation’s commitment to create an inclusive, collaborative and engaging environment where colleagues feel valued and respected.

Min Rodriguez said: “I am absolutely delighted to have joined NHS Property Services at a pivotal moment in their journey. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the organisation and enthuse, engage and embed great practice that will make us an employer of choice and the best property services provider to the NHS.”
