Michelle Denman brings more than three decades of experience in human resources, people development, talent acquisition and organisational development to impact.com. As CPO, she will lead the people function, developing and executing the company’s strategy to attract, develop and retain the very best talent. She will also focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts, ranging from ensuring a diverse workforce to ensuring equitable and inclusive treatment of all team members. Michelle’s track record and approach to leading human resource teams, will drive impact.com’s people-first culture and people excellence strategy, with a focus on high performance, diversity and engagement.
