Kathryn Scott

Canon UK & Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Scott as its HR Director, responsible for driving the people vision, inclusive culture and growth mindset.

Kathryn brings with her a strong track record operating as a HR Leader across a variety of sectors, including telecoms, entertainment and technology. She has built extensive experience partnering with CEOs and business leaders to provide support to help teams and organisations grow and thrive. Prior to joining Canon, Kathryn has held roles at Cisco, Imimobile, Antenna International, Sky and T-Mobile and has experience working across a range of both local and international roles. She has been exposed to a broad range of change initiatives, including relocations, acquisitions, new start-ups and restructures.
