Jennifer Paatelainen, M.Sc. (Organizations and Management), has been appointed as the Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources in Atria.

Jennifer has broad working experience as HR Director of international companies and comes to Atria from Unilever, where she has worked as HR Director in the Nordic organisation and in the Ice Cream Business Unit in European region. She has been working at Unilever since 2015 and in addition, she has a long career in different areas of HR at British American Tobacco Finland Oy. As EVP of Human Resources of Atria Group, Jennifer Paatelainen is responsible for leading the group level people agenda and its operations driving continuous development of Atria Group, its people and culture.
