SBFM, the UK and Ireland soft FM service providers, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of David Mountain as Head of Human Resources.
In his new role, David will lead on the strategic development of SBFM’s human resources division and the company’s industry leading people strategy, to position the business for its next phase of growth. David has over 15 years’ experience in HR and a history of working in the FM industry. He joins from facilities management and professional services company Mitie, where he was Senior People Business Partner and a member of its senior management team. He is renowned for his passion for driving diversity and inclusion.
