Chester Race Company have announced the appointment of Collette King as new Director of People and Performance.

Collette King was most recently HR Director for Studio Retail Ltd and will join Chester Race Company with a wealth of experience, following a 25-year career in senior roles, including Matalan, Blockbuster and QVC. She was also former Chief Executive of Equity Housing Group in Manchester. Collette has a proven track record of success in retail and leisure businesses and will help drive forward the firm’s long-term objectives, by enhancing all aspects of the HR operations and leading the development and implementation of a robust approach to people and performance, underpinning the wider business strategy.
