Catherine Hope-MacLellan has been announced as the new CPO at the NAO, joining from NHS England where she was HR Director.
Catherine will be responsible for managing the strategy and roll out for new national talent initiatives at the National Audit Office. With a finance management background, she subsequently moved into a career in HR, to follow her passion for people and for making an impact on positive experiences in work. Catherine has significant experience of developing people strategies in both private and public sectors, enabling organisational change while driving employee engagement.
