New research commissioned by Jigsaw Cloud surveys the views of leading HR Professionals. “People are my priority…”

New talent (27%), staff retention (24%), and learning & development (22%) are the top 3 priorities of HR Professionals in 2016.

But HR Professionals’ fourth priority – technology – is increasingly the one that makes everything possible. Nearly half (46%) of all HR Professionals rank technology in their top 3 priorities.

The rise of dedicated HR software…

Over four in five HR Professionals (83%) say they now use specialist HR Software. A range of different packages are in use, with successfactors being the most popular named provider (38%) among our survey respondents, closely followed by Oracle.

Moving to an integrated approach

The next step for many organisations is to integrate specialist HR systems with their wider IT infrastructure – empowering decision makers with accurate, real-time data.

Paul Rae, Managing Director of Jigsaw Cloud said:
“A strong HR team is the engine room of a successful business. Our survey shows that HR Professionals across all sectors see the value of investing in specialized HR software. Jigsaw Cloud helps SMEs take their HR systems one step further, empowering executives to make the right decisions with the best information.”
