VIDEO – Strategies for Success – PepsiCo UK Female Talent Development

Strategies for Success is a coaching and personal development programme designed specifically to accelerate and sustain the development of female talent. Over 150 women have now been taken through the Strategies for Success programme and we are already seeing tangible results.

At PepsiCo UK female talent is well represented across all levels of the organisation – over 40% of senior roles across the business are filled by women, and over half the R&D team based in the UK  and 50% of the UK executive team are women. The company has also been in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for nine years in a row, in recognition that it is leading the way in gender equality in the workplace.
