Owen’s been working in engagement, personal development and change for over a decade. With experience across both the private and charity sectors, Owen has designed and delivered a range of programmes supporting government, businesses, customers and stakeholders to drive change. He’s worked with global companies including Lane Crawford, Perform, Clinisupplies and Coloplast. Owen’s work with disengaged adults (and sometimes young people) means he’s a specialist in building team behaviours, identifying and building motivation, and growing a sense of agency through self-directed working.
