Naomi Thompson leads the Organisational Development team at Benenden Health, helping to drive organisational effectiveness that aligns business strategy, people and process to achieve optimum performance and high employee engagement. She’s responsible for developing and leading on the cultural change programme that supports and compliments Benenden Health’s purpose and values.
Naomi is also proud to be one of Benenden Health’s Mental Health First Aiders.
