About Marta Koczorowska
Marta Koczorowska has nine years of experience in recruitment and executive search and previous experience in the market research industry. In her four years at Cielo, she has worked her way up from a Senior Search Consultant to heading up the Executive Search Operation and Client Services team. She plays a vital role in expanding the RPO proposition with the executive search offering in EMEA. She supports a range of international businesses in strategic hiring and resource planning.
Through the years’ Marta and her teams helped strengthen organisations with strong senior management placements by using a wide spectrum of Executive Search methods – utilising a mix of technology, industry knowledge and personal engagement with top talent. She is also a member of Cielo’s European Diversity Taskforce, ensuring that diversity and inclusion remain a top priority of Cielo’s agenda, specifically in their Executive Search operation.
