About Helen Amery

I care about enabling leaders to be great. I've seen in others, and experienced for myself, the difference a great boss makes - and I want that to be true for more people more of the time.

Through Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Helen supports positive, solution-focused change for leaders, teams and organisations.

Helen has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching through the University of Chester, is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Helen worked in HR for fifteen years. Most of those were in Boots UK where she held a variety of roles starting with nuts and bolts discipline and grievance; then moving on to be an HR partner and coach to senior teams to help them get the best from their departments; and finally leading a strategic Organisational Development project for Boots’ stores.
