Karoliina Reuna

Coolbrook, a transformational technology and engineering company focusing on electrification and decarbonisation of heavy industry, has announced the appointment of Karoliina Reuna to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer.

As a member of Coolbrook’s management team, Karoliina will be responsible for leading the company’s human resources function, ensuring that the company possesses the right competences required for growth as it scales up. With her peers in the leadership team, Karoliina will drive a culture that attracts, retains and develops top industry talent to ensure the successful execution of the company’s strategy. HR practices will form a solid foundation for an engaged and high performing organisation on a mission to replace burning of fossil fuels in high temperature industrial processes.
