Bola Ogundeji

The Development Corporation responsible for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park has appointed a new Director of People and Organisational Development.

London Legacy Development Corporation has appointed Bola Ogundeji who will move from her current role at Moorfields Eye Hospital. Bola has extensive experience in the public and private sector with a particular focus on workforce design and planning, equity, inclusion and diversity and learning and coaching development. Lyn Garner, chief executive of LLDC, said she was pleased to welcome such an experienced professional to the organisation: “As the legacy delivery for the 2012 Games enters its second decade, the organisation is evolving so this is a crucial time in terms of both delivering and setting colleagues up for the future”.

“We are delighted that Bola will be leading our People and Organisational Development team. She has skills and experience that will benefit all our colleagues as we enter this crucial part of the legacy story.”

Bola Ogundeji said: “I am delighted to be joining LLDC as their Director of People and Organisational Development, especially at such a pivotal time in the history of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
