Brainlabs has appointed Claire Lawrence as its first Global Chief People Officer. Previously, Claire Lawrence was at MediaCom for nine years, where she was appointed Chief People Officer in 2019. Previously, she worked as People and Performance Director for the EMEA region, at the agency’s HR department. In her new role at Brainlabs, she will lead the organisation’s talent programmes, support career development and help identify and recruit global talent. The firm says it considers its people and client-centric culture as a strategic advantage and is entering a new phase of growth and development in which Claire will play an integral role.
