enei positions itself for growth with new exec appointments

Following on from the appointment of Darra Singh as Chair and Sandi Wassmer as Chief Executive Officer in November 2020, the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) Is delighted to announce the appointment of two Directors, in newly created roles to support the charity’s ambitious growth plans. Darren Jalink joins the organisation as Commercial Director on May 4, 2021 and Michelle Davies joins as Service Design & Delivery Director on May 10, 2021.

Following on from the appointment of Darra Singh as Chair and Sandi Wassmer as Chief Executive Officer in November 2020, the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) Is delighted to announce the appointment of two Directors, in newly created roles to support the charity’s ambitious growth plans.

Darren Jalink joins the organisation as Commercial Director on May 4, 2021 and Michelle Davies joins as Service Design & Delivery Director on May 10, 2021.

Darren is a seasoned business development, relationship management and marketing professional, with senior level experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology sectors; he will lead on the development and delivery of enei’s commercial strategy.

Darren says, “I am tremendously proud to be joining enei at such a pivotal time, and excited to be supporting organisations in creating cultures that empower their people to achieve both personal and organisational success “.

Michelle is a creative and innovative service design and delivery professional, with extensive experience in the health, housing and charity sectors; she will lead on enei’s services strategy, and the design, delivery and continuous improvement of its services.

Michelle says, “Making a difference is what work has always been about for me, so I couldn’t be more honoured and thrilled to be joining the enei team and have the opportunity to actively support a cause I feel passionate about “.
