Harvey is Executive Vice President and a board member of Skanska UK Plc. He is also a member of the Executive Management Team with functional leadership responsibility for Human Resources & Communications across 5,500 employees. Harvey is also Chair of the Skanska Pension Trustee Board and a member of the firm’s Ethics Committee. He spent the early part of his career in general management with; House of Fraser, Virgin Group and BT, prior to moving into HR at Skanska UK Plc. As a practitioner, his specialties include; business transformation, organisation development and culture change, people strategy, HR transformation, and talent management.
