Stonewall names the top employers for LGBT people in 2019

Stonewall has named the top employers for LGBT people in 2019 compiled from the Workplace Equality Index which enables employers to measure, verify and improve their inclusion practice. Organisations that enter the Index submit evidence detailing their LGBT practice across ten areas.

Stonewall has named the top employers for LGBT people in 2019 compiled from the Workplace Equality Index which enables employers to measure, verify and improve their inclusion practice. Organisations that enter the Index submit evidence detailing their LGBT practice across ten areas including policies, LGBT employee network groups, how the organisation empowers senior leaders to create LGBT-inclusive workplaces and the monitoring methods used to collect and analyse data to improve the experiences of LGBT employees. A record 445 employers submitted to the 2019 workplace equality index and the top employer was law firm, Pinsent Masons LLP.
