Acas has published its 2015/16 Annual Report, which shows a strong demand for its services, including receiving over 92,000 early conciliation notifications and answering nearly 944,000 helpline calls. The three key facts and figures from the annual report include:

  1. Acas conciliated in 970 national and regional industrial disputes in a wide range of sectors.
  2. Acas received over 92,000 early conciliation notifications in 2015/16 and unfair dismissal was the top issue.
  3. The Acas helpline answered nearly 944,000 calls, with the top issues being discipline, dismissal and grievances, contracts and wages.
