The Ministry of Justice has set out its new digital strategy on its website

The Ministry of Justice has set out its new digital strategy on its website, which indicates that an online facility to pay employment tribunal fees will be introduced by July 2013. This suggests that the new fee regime will come into effect at that time and is consistent with the Government’s previous announcement in its response to the Charging Fees in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal consultation, that the new regime was to be introduced in the summer of 2013.
